Tamas⠀Bata⠀weaves the⠀advice of⠀an old⠀wise man⠀into a⠀knot, able⠀to spell⠀it out in⠀a thousand⠀letters⠀for the⠀growth of⠀the⠀business⠀of⠀employers⠀around the⠀world and⠀the⠀workers⠀who serve⠀in their⠀establishments.⠀Although⠀the⠀laborer⠀was now⠀old, had⠀little⠀education,⠀but he was⠀rich in⠀life's⠀bitter and⠀sweet⠀experiences.⠀He was⠀also well⠀aware of⠀the twists⠀and turns⠀of life.⠀The⠀experienced⠀advice of⠀the same⠀old⠀laborer⠀turned⠀Tamas Bata⠀from a⠀simple⠀cobbler to⠀the owner⠀of a⠀multinational⠀shoe⠀manufacturing⠀company.

The⠀story of⠀this⠀company⠀begins in⠀Zlin, a⠀small town⠀in⠀Austria,⠀Hungary⠀(now⠀Czechoslovakia),⠀where a⠀family⠀named Bata⠀has been⠀associated⠀with the⠀shoemaking⠀profession⠀for⠀centuries.⠀On April⠀3, 1876, a⠀child was⠀born in⠀this⠀family.⠀Lia, who⠀was named⠀Tamas⠀Bata.⠀After⠀completing⠀his⠀primary⠀education,⠀he started⠀to work as⠀a pair⠀maker at⠀the age of⠀15 as per⠀the family⠀tradition,⠀while also⠀getting⠀orders⠀from⠀different⠀regions⠀for his⠀father's⠀factory.

Meanwhile,⠀realizing⠀the⠀demands of⠀the time,⠀he decided⠀to⠀formally⠀establish⠀a shoe⠀manufacturing⠀company⠀and on 24⠀August⠀1894, with⠀the⠀partnership⠀of his⠀brother⠀Antonin⠀and sister⠀Anna, he⠀founded⠀T&A Bata⠀Shoe Co.⠀As a⠀hereditary⠀profession,⠀the⠀pair-making⠀company he⠀founded⠀soon⠀became⠀popular⠀with the⠀public. He⠀also⠀recruited⠀more⠀employees⠀seeing the⠀demand for⠀work. For⠀a year,⠀his⠀business⠀went well,⠀but then⠀it started⠀to suffer⠀a gradual⠀decline⠀and in⠀1895, due⠀to⠀financial⠀losses, he⠀was⠀heavily⠀burdened⠀with⠀debts.⠀

Due to⠀this⠀desperate⠀situation,⠀his⠀business⠀partner,⠀brother⠀Antonin,⠀was⠀drafted⠀into the⠀army,⠀while 50⠀employees⠀left work⠀due to⠀non-payment⠀of wages.⠀Tamas Bata⠀was forced⠀to stay at⠀home to⠀avoid this⠀bad⠀business⠀situation⠀and⠀creditors.⠀He was⠀living in⠀this⠀despair⠀that one⠀day an⠀advice of⠀an old⠀wise⠀worker⠀brought⠀about a⠀great⠀revolution⠀in his⠀life.

In⠀that era,⠀shoes were⠀only made⠀of pure⠀leather,⠀but Tamas⠀Batane⠀produced a⠀shoe⠀called⠀"Batovka"⠀for the⠀first time⠀in the⠀world by⠀combining⠀leather⠀and canvas⠀in 1897,⠀which,⠀along with⠀being low⠀cost, He⠀used to⠀show off⠀his good⠀looks and⠀style.⠀This new⠀product⠀was well⠀received⠀by⠀customers⠀from all⠀walks of⠀life and⠀the⠀tremendous⠀growth in⠀demand for⠀these⠀unique⠀canvas⠀shoes⠀opened the⠀door to⠀the⠀success⠀and⠀prosperity⠀of Tamas⠀Bata. Being⠀a kind⠀hearted⠀and⠀sensitive⠀person,⠀Tamas Bata⠀always⠀wished⠀that the⠀low income⠀people⠀should not⠀be left⠀bare⠀footed in⠀harsh⠀winters.⠀So, thanks⠀to his⠀compassionate⠀thinking⠀and⠀kindness⠀even the⠀poor⠀people⠀were able⠀to buy⠀cheap and⠀durable⠀shoes from⠀Bata Shoe⠀Company.⠀This⠀affordable⠀and⠀durable⠀product⠀proved to⠀be the⠀basis of⠀tremendous⠀business⠀success⠀and⠀reputation⠀for the⠀Chal Cross⠀Company.⠀As it⠀became⠀increasingly⠀popular,⠀Tutams⠀registered⠀his⠀company in⠀1900 under⠀the trade⠀name of⠀Shoe Co⠀T&A Bata.⠀

By⠀1922,⠀Tamas Bata⠀had⠀emerged as⠀the⠀largest⠀producer⠀of copper⠀in⠀Czechoslovakia,⠀and by the⠀1930s his⠀company⠀had⠀established⠀a network⠀of⠀factories⠀and stores⠀throughout⠀Europe.⠀After⠀Zlin, he⠀also⠀established⠀Bata Shoe⠀Company⠀factories⠀in⠀Switzerland,⠀Germany,⠀Great⠀Britain,⠀France,⠀Canada and⠀India,⠀where they⠀established⠀production⠀lines,⠀residential⠀populations⠀for⠀workers,⠀sports,⠀education⠀and⠀treatment⠀centers.⠀He used to⠀pay⠀various⠀rates of⠀wages to⠀the⠀officers⠀and⠀workers of⠀his⠀factory.⠀

In⠀view of⠀this dire⠀economic⠀crisis,⠀Tamas Bata⠀showed⠀selflessness,⠀great⠀human⠀compassion⠀and⠀generosity⠀by halving⠀the price⠀of his⠀company's⠀shoes to⠀save⠀people⠀from going⠀bare feet⠀in the⠀extreme⠀cold.⠀That's why⠀Tamas⠀Bata's⠀unusual⠀and⠀popular⠀decision⠀to stick⠀with its⠀customers⠀in tough⠀times has⠀won the⠀hearts of⠀millions⠀of its⠀customers.⠀

To be⠀seen, the⠀establishment⠀of the⠀Tobata⠀Shoe⠀Company⠀was an⠀important⠀industrial⠀and social⠀experience⠀in the⠀world as⠀well as in⠀business.⠀However,⠀due to his⠀motto "Our⠀customers⠀are our⠀masters",⠀his⠀business⠀once again⠀began to⠀grow⠀rapidly.⠀Thanks to⠀his⠀philanthropy⠀and⠀generosity,⠀Tamas Bata⠀also⠀established⠀numerous⠀social,⠀educational,⠀educational⠀and⠀charitable⠀endowments.⠀

Until⠀his death,⠀Tamas Bata⠀was a⠀leading⠀manufacturer⠀of⠀couplings,⠀managing⠀36 sectors⠀of trade,⠀services⠀and⠀transportation,⠀and at⠀that time,⠀his⠀company⠀employed⠀16,560⠀employees.⠀The⠀world's⠀most⠀successful,⠀philanthropic⠀and⠀philanthropic⠀industrialist,⠀Tamas Bata⠀himself⠀has passed⠀away, but⠀even today⠀people all⠀over the⠀world are⠀benefiting⠀from the⠀fruitful⠀mating⠀trees⠀planted by⠀him, Bata⠀Show⠀Company.
